This workshop equips participants with the skills to de-escalate potential crises, manage stress, and provide appropriate responses with empathy, calmness, and professionalism. It is ideal for anyone in direct contact with clients, helping them manage conversations, reframe negative thoughts, and guide individuals toward finding solutions. This Train the Trainer program is available as a 3-day face-to-face or 4-day virtual training program.
